For reservation requests, WFW pulls live availability, rate plans, and room type details from Cloudbeds. For property information queries, the agent accesses amenity descriptions, check-in times, pet policy, and other property configuration data.

When a guest confirms a booking, WFW creates the reservation in Cloudbeds with full guest details collected during the call. Modifications and cancellations are applied directly — guest receives confirmation via Cloudbeds' notification system.
