How channels are billed

Voice is billed per minute. Every other channel is billed as a fraction of a voice minute — so you pay for actual work on every channel, never per seat.

Voice

Billed per minute of talk time. Inbound and outbound count the same. Partial minutes round up to the next full minute.

SMS

Each text message counts as about 0.25 of a voice minute. You pay for messages actually handled — no per-seat fees.

WhatsApp

Each WhatsApp message counts as about 0.25 of a voice minute. Billed for work done, never per seat.

Email

Billed as a fraction of a voice minute per message handled. You pay for work done, not per seat.

Web Chat

Web conversations are billed at the same rate as phone minutes. No extra subscription, no setup fee.
