Lead calls answered, qualified, and in FUB — before your agent calls back.
WFW connects to Follow Up Boss API. Every inbound lead call creates a qualified FUB contact — with timeframe, price range, and intent extracted from the conversation. Your agents follow up with real data, not blank records.
Fair Housing guardrails built in. WFW never discusses protected characteristics, steers callers, or conditions responses on protected class data.

Capabilities
What this integration enables.
Three concrete capabilities unlocked by connecting WFW to Follow Up Boss.
Live Data
Inbound Lead Calls → FUB Contact Creation
When a new lead calls from a Zillow, Realtor.com, or direct inquiry, the agent qualifies the lead during the conversation and creates a contact in Follow Up Boss — with timeline, buying/selling intent, price range, and neighborhood preferences populated from the call.
Live Data
Lead Qualification Scoring
WFW extracts key qualification signals from the call: timeframe, pre-approval status, motivation, and property criteria. These fields map directly to FUB contact fields and stage tags — giving agents a pre-qualified lead when they follow up, not a blank contact.
Live Data
Automated Follow-Up Call Sequences
WFW initiates outbound follow-up calls for leads at configurable stages in the FUB pipeline. Day 1, day 7, or day 30 — the agent references the lead's original inquiry details from FUB, making the follow-up feel personal rather than automated.
Data Flow
How it works.
From first ring to qualified FUB contact — what moves between WFW and Follow Up Boss.
Inbound lead call answered and identified
The agent answers the call and checks whether the caller's phone number matches an existing FUB contact. For new leads, the agent introduces itself and begins the qualification conversation. For existing contacts, the agent greets by name with prior context.
Qualification data extracted during call
WFW extracts intent (buyer/seller/investor), timeframe, price range, neighborhood preference, pre-approval status, and motivation level from the natural conversation. No scripts required — the agent extracts these signals while talking.
FUB contact created or updated
At call completion, WFW creates or updates the FUB contact record with all extracted qualification data. Stage tag, lead source, assigned agent, and follow-up due date are set automatically based on the call outcome.
Extraction data available for review
GET /v2/calls/{id}/extractions returns the full lead qualification dataset from the call — intent, timeframe, price range, and all other captured signals — structured for the assigned agent's review in FUB.
Use Cases
Before and after.
Real real estate team workflows transformed by the Follow Up Boss + WFW integration.
Before
New leads from Zillow or Realtor.com sit in FUB as blank contacts. Agents call back hours later — often cold — with no context about what the lead was looking for.
After
WFW answers the inbound lead call immediately. By the time the agent calls back, FUB has a qualified contact with timeframe, price range, and motivation — extracted from the first conversation.
Before
Inbound calls asking about specific listings are routed to the listing agent — who may be on another call, showing a property, or unavailable. Leads go to voicemail.
After
WFW answers the inquiry call, captures the lead's contact info and interest details, creates the FUB contact, and assigns it to the appropriate listing agent — who follows up with full context.
Before
Open house sign-in sheets produce a list of names and phone numbers. Agents work through the list inconsistently — high-priority leads sometimes not called for 48+ hours.
After
Open house attendees are imported to FUB and WFW calls each one within the configured SLA. Follow-up quality is consistent regardless of how busy the agent's schedule is.
